The DPS Eurosystems Group is a leading independent player in the installation and maintenance of fire safety systems (detection, extinguishing) and security systems (access control, video surveillance).
Based in Rosny-sous-Bois, the Group employs more than 50 qualified people and has a turnover of more than €10 million. DPS Eurosystems enjoys a solid reputation and is particularly recognised for its excellence in service quality, from design (thanks to its in-house design office) to the integration and maintenance of solutions.
Christian and Barbara Grenard, the founders, initiated their plan to transfer DPS Eurosystems in 2019 by recruiting Olivier Garcia as Chief Operating Officer. The takeover of DPS Eurosystems, in the form of a Bimbo (Buy-In Management Buy-Out), is being led by Olivier Garcia alongside Emmanuel Cheroy, respectively Chief Executive Officer and Chairman in the new organisational structure.
The new management team has several growth drivers at its disposal: DPS Eurosystems’ traditional markets are buoyant, and the managers also aim to develop the company in related activities, particularly through external growth operations, in order to expand its geographical presence and diversify its customer base.
