The company raised its first round of funding in 2014 from Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires, then again in 2017 from Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires and Entrepreneur Invest. In eight years, Kaliti has increased its revenue tenfold to reach €6 million in ARR in 2022 and significant profitability.
The three founders have partnered with Meanings Capital Partners and Bpifrance to carry out an LMBO in October 2022, alongside the historical shareholders, Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires and Entrepreneur Invest, who are also reinvesting in the operation.
