Founded in 2008, Zen & Bien is an independent provider of corporate hospitality services. The company supports businesses and real estate asset managers in the design, implementation and management of reception, concierge and workplace hospitality services aimed at enhancing the experience of employees, visitors and building occupants.
Today, Zen & Bien serves more than 50 major corporate clients through teams recognized for their professionalism and service excellence. Through its subsidiary Handi Zen, an Adapted Company dedicated to employing people with disabilities, the Group also demonstrates its strong commitment to workplace inclusion.
After nearly twenty years of growth under the leadership of its founder, Christophe Faelens, the company was transferred through a Leveraged Management Buyout (LMBO) to Siham Hadjam, Chief Executive Officer since 2023, ensuring the continuity of the company’s entrepreneurial vision.
