Bruno Annequin
Managing Partner
Bruno began his career at Deloitte as an auditor in the Banking and Finance department after graduating from ICN. In 1997, he joined Deloitte's M&A team and worked as a consultant in mergers and acquisitions, focusing on the agri-food and healthcare sectors and, in particular, disposals on behalf of investment funds. In 2000, he joined Initiative & Finance. In 2005, he founded Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires.

Cédric de Froberville
Managing Partner
A graduate of SKEMA Business School and Panthéon-Assas University, Cédric began his career in the finance department of Mauritius Freeport Development, a Mauritian port logistics group. He then joined Edmond de Rothschild France as a financial analyst, before joining Inspirit Partners in 2016 as a mergers and acquisitions analyst, where he carried out numerous acquisitions, disposals and fundraisings. He joined Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires in 2018.

William Grangé
Managing Partner
A graduate of ESSEC Business School with a Master's degree in Management and an Engineering degree in Agriculture, William gained his first experience in venture capital at the COGEPA Family Office. In 2014, he joined Ernst & Young's Audit team, then moved to Transaction Services. He joined Transcapital in 2018 as an M&A Associate, specialising in agri-food, where he carried out assignments in France and internationally. He joined Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires in 2020.

Matthias Savereux

After two years of preparatory classes at ECE, Matthias joined Audencia Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Finance. He began his career as a financial analyst in the Foreign Exchange Department at Bpi Assurance Export, then moved to the Synercome France group as an M&A analyst. He joined the Capital et Dirigeants Partenaires team in 2022.

A graduate of Assas University with a degree in Banking and Finance, SFAF, Julien holds a Master II in personal and professional wealth management. He began his career in the Organisation Department of Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild Banque, then participated in the development of Private Equity activities. Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's Asset Management Advisory activities, he founded 99 Advisory in 2009. Julien joined Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires in 2016.

Karine Demarchi
Office Manager
With a degree in Tourism Marketing, Karine left France to discover Canada. She then joined the SEPAQ group and entered the local government sector in 2008. She initiated the strategic positioning process for the Town of Cookshire-Eaton in 2010 and became Director of Development and Communication. She joined the Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires team in 2017.

A graduate of Mines Nancy and Sciences Po Paris, Hubert has some thirty years of experience in the private equity sector. He joined Financière Natexis in 1993 as Associate Director, then Initiative & Finance in 2000. In 2002, he co-founded MBO Partenaires. He joined Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires in 2008.

Delphine Lorenzi

With a Master's degree in Engineering Sciences from UPMC, Paris VI, and a specialised Master's degree in Pharmaceutical, Marketing and Cosmetics Management from ESCP Europe, Delphine has been Managing Director of the Prométhée Group, founded in 2000, since 2010. Specialising in business strategy, she is the representative of some twenty companies. She joined Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires in 2016.

With a degree in law, Alex worked for 17 years in various companies within the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation group in the field of customer relations. For eight years, he developed an independent consulting business specialising in the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises. Since 2016, he has been working with Capital & Dirigeants Partenaires to develop his activities.

Marta Subko
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris with a Master's degree in Marketing, Marta is passionate about new technologies and marketing. In 2013, she founded Subko&Co, a company specialising in traffic acquisition and website optimisation for conversion. Today, the agency works for both large groups such as Auchan and Generali and innovative start-ups such as UXPin and Le Matelas Français.

Fréderick Martin
A graduate of ESCP Europe, Frédérick began his career as an auditor at Deloitte. He joined the Michael Page group, then Hays and Hudson, where he managed several business units. As a member of the Executive Committee, he participated in the restructuring and development of the firm in France. In 2012, he founded Talenance Executive Search and developed a partnership based on excellent service, advice and responsiveness to his clients, as well as kindness towards candidates.

Philippe Roblin
An expert in semiotics (Master's degree from the University of Limoges) and communication strategy, Philippe is a graduate of ESCP EAP and teaches at the Sorbonne, Sciences Po, EM Lyon and ESC Dijon. His expertise has enabled him to join major groups such as Lego, Habermaas and High Co, where he has worked with numerous brands. In 2008, he founded Bayadères, an independent agency specialising in brand strategies and territories, and corporate and institutional communications.

Sébastien Villon
Sébastien began his career in Hong Kong working for a large French company, then joined their American subsidiary. He obtained his MBA from Columbia University in New York and uses his expertise to guide companies in implementing and developing their American strategies. He acquired BRAND & BUSINESS INCUBATOR (BBInc) in 2018 and helps foreign companies develop their business in the United States.

Johan Osterroth
Johan is a graduate of Kedge Business School and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. Passionate about business development in the fields of consulting and services, as well as for start-ups, he is also a coach and trainer in schools and at the BPI. In 2010, he founded FDV Partner, a commercial services provider specialising in sales acquisition and development.

Caroline Testu
Caroline holds a Master II degree in Business Tax Law, Legal and Taxation from Lille II University and is registered with the Paris Bar as a lawyer practising abroad. After four years in the tax department of Lamartine Conseil, she moved to Shanghai and joined the representative office of Bignon Lebray in 2010. A partner, Caroline is the founder of Thestu Lherbier Law Firm in Hong Kong, which specialises in mergers and acquisitions and advising French companies operating in Asia.
